Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Soup) Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of kimchi
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 block of tofu, cubed
- 2 cups of vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions:
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the kimchi. Sauté for a few minutes until slightly softened.
